Handmade with Care

• Personalized Products: Each item is carefully handmade and takes 3–5 business days to complete.

• Standard Products: Ready to ship within 1–3 business days.

Delivery

All products can be purchased as long as we can deliver to your address.

Tracking & Issue Resolution

After shipping, the system will automatically email you a tracking link, or you can check your order status on our tracking page.

If your package is stuck in transit for more than 10 days, contact us at: order@cherithy.com.

• Lost Packages: Provide proof (photo/video) within 15 days of marked delivery for priority re-production.

If the order is lost due to our error, we’ll either remake it or issue a full refund.

Special Care Service

Every order includes a complimentary memorial card.

Additional Policies

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UTC+8) will enter production the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will begin production the following day, and the order status will change to “In Progress.” Once production has started, forced cancellations may only be eligible for a refund of 20% of the product cost.

If incorrect recipient information leads to a delivery issue, you’ll be responsible for any additional reshipping costs.

We’re not liable for orders destroyed due to refusal of delivery or failure to pick up the package after notification.
