Your order will ship within 3–5 business days. Once it leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your order’s location. You can also check the status by logging into your account on our website.

Refund
We provide full refund within 30 days. If your order qualifies under our refund policy, you can request a refund by emailing order@cherithy.com or using any contact method listed on our website. Refunds will be processed to your original payment account within 5 business days.

To make your gift even more meaningful, every order includes a complimentary 5x7" card (a $7.99 value).

Since we don’t know the details of your pet’s situation, please let us know which type of card you prefer by leaving a note on your order or contacting us through online chat or email.

Style 1 ： A standard thank-you card that expresses Cherithy’s gratitude to the buyer.
Style 2 (Default) — Pet Memorial Card: We’ll write a “Rainbow Bridge”-style message using your pet’s name and print it on a beautifully designed card. This option is meant for customers who have lost a pet.

The card will be shipped together with your memorial gift.

Notes:
• The pet’s name on the memorial card will match the name used on your customized product.
• For products without a name input box, you can add your pet’s name in the order notes.
• When leaving a note, just mention the card style you want. For example: Style 1.
